Fair-hiring policy

Our full fair-hiring policy is being finalized. In short: the match score never uses religion or sect, political affiliation, age, marital status, appearance, sexual orientation or gender identity, disability, gender, or nationality, and the applicant tools we offer employers refuse queries about them, on any plan. The match score never uses race or ethnicity either.
